Can smaller groups rent the villa?

Yes! During May, June and September you can rent the farm house which has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. All the facilities are available to you, we just close up the pool house bedrooms. The rate is £850 per week. For a plan of the bedroom layouts, click to see the plans.

How do I get there from the UK?

The simplest and often cheapest route is RyanAir from Stansted airport to Ancona. Then it’s a 1hr 15min drive to the villa. They also fly to Perugia (2hrs drive), Pescara (2hrs drive), Rimini (2hr 15min drive), Bologna (3hrs drive) and Rome (3hrs 45min drive) - all depart Stansted.

Is there an alternative to RyanAir when travelling from the UK?

Yes. British Airways fly from Gatwick to Bologna (3hrs drive from the villa) and Rome (3hrs 45min drive) while Alitalia fly from Heathrow to Bologna and Rome. Alitalia have internal flights  from Rome to Ancona.

Could we drive to the villa from the UK?

Absolutely. We’ve done it several times. From Calais it’s a 16 hour drive. If you are interested, talk to us for a choice of routes and stop over options. We’ll also help you plot the route on your GPS.

How long would it take to drive to...?

Assisi 2 hrs, Bologna 3hrs, Florence 3hr 30min, Lake Como 5hrs, Milan 5hrs, Modena 3hrs 30min, Naples 5hrs, Rimini 2hrs, Rome 3hrs 45min, San Marino 2hrs 30min, Sienna 3hrs, Venice 4hrs 30min. Do remember the Italian rail network is fast and reliable.
