The house is located on the edge of our hill, overlooking two converging valleys. While half of the land is steep wooded slope, the rest (about an acre) is flat and landscaped with olive trees, stone pines and flat grasses.  There is parking for several cars and plenty of space for children to play and run off their excess energy.

There are spaces for chilling out, eating and enjoying the view. The loggia for a shady breakfast, the sun sail for midday chilling and the pergola for evening dining and barbeques. The terrace and deck by the pool are terrific for topping up your tan and taking in the ‘bella vista’. The views are outstanding and there are plenty of opportunities for long walks. Keep an eye out for birds of prey, porcupines and wild boar!
