Resting between the clear waters of the Adriatic and the high Apennine Mountains that form the backbone of the Italian peninsula, Casa Tranquilla is perfect for that special holiday for up to ten friends. Tucked away in this idyllic corner of the country, Casa Tranquilla will give you a taste of the 'real' Italy.

A holiday home in two parts, the lovingly restored farm house and the purpose built pool house are situated just ten minutes from the ancient walled town of San Ginesio, voted the most beautiful town in the area. Our private and secluded pool rests on the edge of our own hilltop and the panoramic views down into the valley are truly outstanding. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a gin and tonic or a glass of chilled Prosecco on a balmy Italian evening.

Don’t be fooled by the photos on this site! We are working hard to ensure the villa is not just ready, but spectacular for our first season in 2010. Many of the photos on this site show an undressed/unfinished property - come back in Spring for an update. The end result will be a stunning villa that is sympathetic to its simple farmhouse origins, with a contemporary twist for comfort and style. Our friends love it, and we hope you will too!
