We have restored this old farmhouse because we love Italy; the people, the countryside and of course the food and wine. Most important to us was creating a home from home, nothing pretentious, just an honest restoration using the best materials, with a few modern twists. Somewhere to relax and unwind.

A holiday home in two parts, the lovingly restored farm house and the purpose built pool house are situated just ten minutes from the ancient walled town of San Ginesio, voted the most beautiful town in the area.

Our private and secluded pool rests on the edge of our own hilltop and the panoramic views down into the valley are truly outstanding. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a gin and tonic or a glass of chilled Prosecco on a balmy Italian evening.
