£1550 per week for up to 10 guests, or £995 per week for up to 6 guests (1 week minimum)
6 July - 30 August 2012
£1975 per week for up to 10 guests, no discounts for smaller groups (2 weeks minimum)
31 August - 27 September 2012
£1550 per week for up to 10 guests, or £995 per week for up to 6 guests (1 week minimum)
Our prices are very competitive, especially considering the popularity, quality and amenities of our villa. Read what people are saying about the villa. We keep a close eye on similar sized villas in the area and we know we are offering terrific value for money, especially when you consider the fabulous two-family layout with 6 bathrooms and the stunning private views. The summer peak rate is equivalent to only £28 per person, per night!
Changeover Days
Our changeover days are Fridays. This is to take advantage of the considerably cheaper airfares that are available, saving you potentially hundreds of pounds.
Availability
The villa is available from mid June to the end of September. See above for rates and please contact us for 2012 availability.
Booking Notes
The refundable security deposit is £300. 25% of the rent is required upon booking with the balance being payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Where bookings are made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the rent is due in full. Changeover days are Fridays.
How to book your holiday

1.Get in touch with us to confirm availability and pricing.

2.We will hold your dates and give you a PIN number to allow you to submit a secure booking form.

3.Complete and submit the online booking request form.

4.We will then send you a personalised rental contract for you to check and sign.

5.When we have received the form and cleared payment we will email you a confirmation.
