All linen and towels (including pool towels) are included. Linen and all towels are changed weekly and extra cleaning can be arranged on behalf of guests if requested. There are no extra charges other than what you see on this page.
2010 Pricing (maximum 10 people)
7 May - 28 May 2010 is £1450 per week
28 May - 4 June 2010 is £1850 per week
4 June - 2 July 2010 is £1450 per week
2 July - 3 September 2010 is £1850 per week with a minimum stay of 2 weeks
...depending on bookings, single weeks are sometimes available.
3 September - 1 October is £1450 per week
Changeover days are Fridays. This is to take advantage of the cheaper airfares that are available, saving our guests potentially hundreds of pounds.

Booking Notes
The refundable security deposit is £300. 25% of the rent is required upon booking with the balance being payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Where bookings are made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the rent is due in full. Changeover days are Fridays.
